A Group Sādhana to cultivate trust & surrender - 21 days of committed practice & support

Trust and surrender are two essential qualities to cultivate within yourself in order to live an elegant, aligned life—one of presence and ease.

When I speak of trust, it has two aspects: trust in yourself —your capability, resilience, and ability to navigate whatever arises in the external world. And trust in the universal intelligence. This trust isn’t given - it must be earned and cultivated through practices of tapas (discipline). It is through this commitment that you learn to stay true to yourself, knowing you have your own back. Without this foundation, it’s easy to slip—before you know it, you’re caught in the lower mind, entangled in destructive patterns, self-doubt, worry, and even self-hatred.

The more you awaken and embody true self-trust, the more invincible you become. Decisions no longer feel like a burden because there is an unshakable stability within you—a deep knowing that whatever comes your way, you have the strength or at least the unwavering willingness to face it in the most dharmic and elegant way possible.

The other part of trust is a deep trust in the universe— the cosmic intelligence—that is accompanied with patience. A trust in the divine unfolding. This universe is not random; it is profoundly intelligent. Just as a mango seed grows into a mango tree and a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly, that same incredible intelligence is inherent, alive, and present within you.

The more we cultivate trust within ourselves, the greater our ability to surrender and be fully present.

Through a dedicated daily sādhana (about 20–25 minutes), we can awaken and strengthen these qualities.

Structure & dates

All sessions take place online via zoom and will be recorded and sent to you, so it is not a problem if you can’t attend live!

No prior experience with yoga āsana, kriya or prānāyāma is needed.

This practice is for you if….

  • you want to discover this state of fulfilment and love within yourself and live from there

  • you want to stop looking for fulfilment in the outer world

  • you want to dive deeper in the yog-vedantic philosophy

  • you want to establish a daily practice (30 minutes) and have a supportive community around you

  • you are looking for a different way of practicing yoga beyond just asana

  • you want to free your relationships from expectations & manipulation

  • Initiation into your daily practice consistent of pranayama, Kriya & mantra

  • Yoga-vedantic philosophy & wisdom

  • two full classes with me (60 minutes) - kriya, asana & meditation

  • Intentional introspection through journal prompts

  • Integration tools to learn how to sustain a committed practice

  • continued support throughout the 21 days & also afterwards if needed
