A sādhana is a daily practice that supports our evolution and growth towards the state of yoga, towards greater awareness. Each sādhana has its own focus & intention, depending on the energy we want to enliven deeper within ourselves during this period of time.
The sādhana consists of ancient Vedic technologies, such as Kriya, Pranayama, Mantra and sometimes Asana as well. Additionally we apply Vedic Wisdom to gain more clarity and address all layers of Being for the intention to fully blossom.

By committing to a practice every single day for at least 21 days, we create a foundation for transformation and greater awareness. It will add incredible value to your daily life as it sets the tone of the day.

Structure

  1. Intention Setting Call (~ 30 - 40 minutes)
    Before we begin, we’ll have a call to clarify your intention, go over the structure of the program, and explore how much time and space you can realistically dedicate to the practice. There will also be space for any questions you may have.

  2. First Session (~ 60-90 minutes)
    In our first session, we will rephrase your intention and add jñāna (yogic wisdom/correction of the intellect), then I’ll guide you through your personal sādhana, explaining each Kriya and the intention behind it. We will have time to address any questions or obstacles.

  3. Extra Personal Video of the Sādhana that you can practice with daily, which I highly recommend, because it is super powerful for the transmission of the energy.

  4. Ongoing Support
    You’ll have my support throughout the 21 days to answer any questions or challenges that may arise. Feel free to reach out any time!

  5. Final Reflection Session (~ 30 minutes)
    After completing the 21 days, we’ll have a short closing call to reflect on your journey and explore how to continue your practice moving forward.

  • The teachings I currently practice and share come primarily from the Yog-Vedantic Himalayan tradition. I continue to study with my teacher, Anand Mehrotra, at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India.

  • You can split the payment into two installments over two months if that’s helpful for you!

  • I understand that this might seem a bit extensive for "just one sādhana." However, what I’m sharing with you is the essence of countless hours of teacher training and, more importantly, my own dedicated practice—refined over time so I can share it in the way I do now. This is not just information; it is the treasure of continuous dedication, effort, and experience. If you’d like to explore further, feel free to reach out!
