A warm welcome to my online community! It is such a joy to have you here!
My intention is to create a space for dedicated and sincere practitioners to come together and deepen their experience of the state of yoga.
I offer a variety of online offerings to support your journey:
Classes: Integrated practices that weave together kriya, pranayama, asana, and mantra — each session guided by a specific theme to awaken and cultivate different inner qualities.

Wisdom Sessions: Online gatherings where we dive into the rich and profound philosophy of yoga — exploring timeless teachings and perspectives that nourish the heart and mind.
Workshops: A blend of practice and wisdom — immersive sessions that combine movement, breath, and philosophy to deepen your understanding and embodiment of yoga.
Meditation & grounding, calming practices: Guided meditations and calming practices to gently anchor you in the present moment, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

The teachings I currently practice and share come primarily from the Yog-Vedantic Himalayan tradition. I continue to study with my teacher, Anand Mehrotra, at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India.
