I vividly remember spending a long time searching for a personal mentor—someone where I felt they can see me fully, beyond this limited self, beyond all the patterns and conditioning and who could guide me closer to my most authentic self.
Someone who embodied what they taught, and who had a deeper understanding of who we truly are, not just body and mind, but also Soul. Not as a concept, but actually true experience.
I was looking for guidance not only in life but also in deepening my embodiment of the teachings of yoga. I was looking for support in cutting through repeating patterns that kept me from following my inner voice.
I can’t describe how helpful and healing it was to have a space where I can express myself fully, without holding back, share everything that’s on my heart, without shame or judgment and be even more loved for my authentic expression.
Having a personal mentor, along with a dedicated sādhana (spiritual practice), has brought profound and progressive changes to my life. It’s been the biggest catalysator for my own growth. This transformative experience has inspired me to create and offer a mentorship program that I personally would find the most helpful for true growth and transformation towards your own inner guidance.
Because a true mentor should ultimately guide us back to our own inner voice and autonomy.
My 6-week mentorship program is designed to guide you on your journey in the most supportive and personalized way possible. Here's how it works:
Exploration Call: Before our first session, we’ll have a call where we speak about the program, your intention for the 6 weeks which is also the building block for the sādhana and where we address all questions.
Personalised Sādhana: In our first session, I’ll share a sādhana tailored to your specific intention. Together, we’ll also explore areas of growth or challenges you’d like to address, and I’ll offer teachings and insights from the yogic perspective to support you.
Weekly Session (60 minutes): We’ll meet weekly or biweekly. Here I want to keep it more flexible, depending on what is most supportive for you. In our sessions there is space for any reflection, questions and themes you want to bring into the space. These sessions have been the most transformative in my own journey, because it adds the Gyana yoga, the yogic wisdom and correction of the intellect, of conditioned ideas and thought patterns, basically the sense through which you see and interpret things. These sessions really help bring clarity and disrupt patterns that are not serving you anymore.
They are a combination of reflection, guidance, and accountability.Continous support throughout the whole mentoring program: You can text me or send me a voice message any time and I’ll reply as fast as I can. This is so supportive, because if we fall into old patterns again and lack clarity, one of the most helpful things is to reach out to people who can help us see more clearly and get us into a higher vibrational state again!
Integration & Reflection: In our sixth and final session, we’ll take some time to reflect on your growth during the last weeks, have time for further shadings or questions and also speak about your journey forward from here.
